Movement

Movement may be categorized as either Combat Movement or Non-Combat Movement . Within each of these categories are numerous sub-categories pertaining to what actions are being performed, or what vehicle is being piloted. Below is a general outline of the essential types of movements, and the rules govering their limits.

Encumbrance
When a character’s movement has been impaired due to excessive weight or gravity, the character shall be considered Encumbered. Xxxx
Combat Motion
“Combat Movement” is defined as movement by a person (or persons) either auto-motive or piloting some type of vehicle or craft while in combat with opposing forces, with time measured in initiative.
Non-Combat Motion
“Non-Combat Movement” is defined as movement by a person (or persons) either auto-motive or piloting some type of vehicle or craft not engaged in combat, and time not measured by initiative.
